General contracting

General contracting services

General contracting services from Fan District Builders for homes in Richmond.

A kitchen rebuilt in order: demo, rough-in, cabinets, then the punch list while we are still on site in Richmond.

A bath you can use again on the day we named. Tile lines straight, and the invoice matching the quote.

A room added onto the house, tied into the existing roof and floor so the joint does not announce itself.

Decks and porches built to the grade, with footings that pass and railings that feel solid.

A basement that stays dry enough to finish. We talk about water before we talk about carpet.

Older houses treated like older houses. We match trim where we can and do not rip out what can be saved.

A full house, sequenced so you know where you can live while the work moves through it.

Rot, doors that do not latch, and trim that was never finished — fixed without turning it into a renovation in Richmond.
